Indulge your sweet tooth in this hands-on pastry class where you’ll learn the art of making rich, velvety chocolate truffles from start to finish! We’ll kick off with a short, informative lecture on crafting the perfect ganache – the silky smooth filling that makes truffles truly irresistible. As we discuss the different flavor profiles and infusions that elevate these little confections, you’ll get inspired to experiment with your own creative twists.
Then, it's time to get your hands a little messy! You’ll roll your ganache into perfectly smooth truffle balls, coat them in luxurious chocolate, and dip them in an array of fun toppings like crushed nuts, cocoa powder, or colorful sprinkles.
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced pastry enthusiast, this class will leave you with the skills and confidence to make truffles that taste as good as they look – and a box of your very own handmade truffles to take home and enjoy!
Devon, brings over 7 years of dedicated experience as a pastry chef specializing in the art of French patisserie, she is poised to guide and inspire in her pastry classes. Having made the move to Redmond, OR, in 2021, she embraced both her culinary passion and the joys of motherhood, with the arrival of her daughter in 2022 adding a new dimension to her life. Now, as the driving force behind Evangeline Pastry, a venture lovingly named after her daughter, she eagerly shares her expertise and creativity, inviting others to explore the world of pastry with her.
The wine bar will be open during the class.
Class participants receive a 10% discount on any ingredients used for this class.
