A classic Chinese green tea that's full of flavor and fragrance. Each leaf is rolled into a pearl to preserve the aroma, which also gives it a gunpowder like appearance.
Ingredients: Chinese Green Tea.
Steeping Instructions: Steep 1 tsp tea per 8 oz cup. Steep for 2 to 3 minutes in 180º - 190º F water. If tea becomes bitter, try steeping less or using cooler water.
