A classic Moroccan seasoning that blends spicy red chili peppers, cumin and garlic. Harissa can be used in rice, couscous, soups, salads, vegetables, stews, kabobs and even on sandwiches instead of mustard. Traditional Harissa paste can be made by mixing the blend with chopped garlic and olive oil. If frying, add near the end or cover, the red chili peppers in this blend can be a respiratory irritant.
