Join us for an exciting and informative pastry class where you'll learn to create Italian Buttercream, one of the most versatile and luxurious frostings in the pastry world. In this hands-on, lecture-style class, we will break down the process of making Italian meringue from scratch, and then transform it into the velvety, smooth buttercream that’s perfect for decorating cakes, cupcakes, and more.
Devon, brings over 7 years of dedicated experience as a pastry chef specializing in the art of French patisserie, she is poised to guide and inspire in her pastry classes. Having made the move to Redmond, OR, in 2021, she embraced both her culinary passion and the joys of motherhood, with the arrival of her daughter in 2022 adding a new dimension to her life. Now, as the driving force behind Evangeline Pastry, a venture lovingly named after her daughter, she eagerly shares her expertise and creativity, inviting others to explore the world of pastry with her.
The wine bar will be open during the class.
