A sultry black tea that is smoked over pine roots to impart an intense flavor. Try grinding up Lapsang and using it in an Asian Smoked Tea Rub with crushed szechuan pepper.
Ingredients: Smoked Chinese Black Tea.
Steeping Instructions: Steep 1 tsp tea per 8 oz cup. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes in 190º - 200º F water.
