  • Are you a franchise?

    Arome is a small family-owned business started in Hood River, Oregon in 2016. We expanded to Redmond, Oregon in 2021. 

  • Where does your olive oil come from?

    We source our extra virgin olive oil from the hemisphere providing the freshest crush possible throughout the year, it’s most common for us to carry oils from Chile, South Africa and Australia from July – December and from Spain, Greece, California and Italy from January – June.

  • Are your spices fresh and gluten free?

    Yes! We take great pride in offering fresh spices and do so by ordering in small quantities, grinding whole spices fresh on site (try our freshly ground cumin), and blending up our own recipes like Piri Piri Rub on the regular.


Orders & Shipping

  • Do you ship internationally?

    At this time we ship to United States addresses for retail. 

  • Can I track my order?

    Absolutely, tracking information based on the carrier selected during check-out will be sent via email once your order ships.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    Items are shipped within 3 days of order placement and will be sent via USPS or UPS and typically arrive between 5-10 business days when ground shipping is selected.

  • How can I change my order?

    We’re happy to help. If you would like to cancel or modify an order please send an email to the email address listed on your order form.


Exchanges & Returns

  • How can I exchange or return a product?

    With a receipt, unopened products purchased in the last 30 days can be issued a exchange or refund in the form of payment the purchase was made. Sales of consignment (local art and handmade items) and discounted items are final. If you are not satisfied with one of our products that you have purchased in the last 30 days, please contact us and we will help with your concerns. For online orders please reply to the email in your order form to reach customer service and for in-store orders bring your order back to the location where it was purchased. You are always welcome to give us a call at 541-436-3005 with any questions.


Wine

  • Where does your wine come from?

    Arome works primarily with small winemakers to curate an ever changing selection of wines for you to choose from. Over 50% of our wines are made in Oregon and the remainder come from Washington, California and abroad.
